Have not been updating for a while… so let’s start with the things closest to my heart (or stomach) FOOD!
Been doing more home cooking. Dinner was a simple affair, just a veggie dish: Stir-Fried Baby Kai-Lan with a soup: Pork Ribs with Turnips boiled in a slow-cookpot for 8 hours
But will you look at the colour of that veggie?!? Sooooo yummy! I getting hungry again…
Gotta run, it’s been a busy week, and it looks like it going to get worse before it gets better.
