It’s been almost a week between updates, but then again, why rack my brains to write something when there’s nothing much to write about?

Monsieur in a StackWell, here’s something to write about: We will have a house-guest for the next month or two. Here he is on the left, Monsieur or “Sol Y Sombra Le Roi Soleil” if you want to be formal.

Born of American bloodlines, he was raised by a Frenchman in South Africa before coming over to our sunny shores early this year. On Dream Chambers suggestion, I shall try my hand in the next Show on 6 Nov 05, with our guest… which explains why we now have 3 furkids in the household. ;)

Monsieur is really sweet natured, but then again Whippets tend to be easy-going and laid-back. Plus, he’s absolutely gorgeous; when Jenssen dropped him off last night, we were totally struck dumb by his star-quality looks. Tess, our girl, while being of almost the same colouring and patterning, now fades into the background… looks like she’s going to need more personality to get any attention in the future!

Wifey was rather adamant that if we were to keep him, we’re goning to need a bigger house! Preferably something with a garden for the dogs to run around, rather than through the house as is the case is now…
